Which version are you trying (iDealyzer or iDealyzer Pro)?
Is your phone rooted at all?
What happens when you try to download, install and run? Does it install? Does it crash while starting up?

You can already choose which deals you get notifications for by tapping on the edit button in the top left and turning off notifications for the ones your not interested in. Checking for updates and sending notifications is done on the iDealyzer server and not on your iPhone so it shouldn't affect your battery life too much. I'm glad you like the app and thanks for the feedback.
